Full service for Honda from Tessera

First to be fitted with new Tessera floorcoverings was the Stuart Graham dealership, a purpose built, 1400m2, two-storey showroom on the outskirts of Crewe, designed and built by showroom specialists Chiltern Design of High Wycombe, In this ‘flagship’ dealership over 450m2 of cut pile tiles in Honda Green were fitted, providing a soft floor finish in offices and customer areas, and walkways through the ceramic tiled floors where the latest Honda models are displayed.

Additional cut pile tiles in Honda Red have been added to provide visual contrast, and movable oval shaped green rugs have been supplied to give the dealer more flexibility over the use of the floorspace. Grey barrier matting has also been supplied in the entrance areas.

Retail Facilities Manager for Honda Motor Europe, Paul Alston, explained why he and his team elected to source their floorcoverings from Tessera:

“Because of the complex nature of this programme we wanted to deal with a manufacturer based here in the UK that was prepared to work really closely with us in order to give us the level of service we required. We were also impressed by the superior quality of carpet tiles and value for money offered by Tessera and by switching suppliers we were able to improve product quality and make considerable cost savings.”
