Can Tessera produce bespoke products?
Yes. On many occasions our in-house design team has created carpets and carpet tiles that have either been a variation on an existing range (special colours) or a completely new design and/or construction for end users and specifiers who have had particular requirements in mind.

Who installs Tessera products?
We have a network of flooring contractors across the UK who can install our products in accordance with our fitting recommendations. Alternatively, Tessera is in some instances able to provide our clients with a full supply and fit service.

Can Tessera supply alternative backings?
Yes. We have the ability to finish our carpet tiles with standard bitumen, PVC, magnetic back, cushion back (SOFTbac), or tacki-bac. Please phone for details on any of these variations.

What are Tessera lead times for delivery?
We have a product portfolio that includes both stock and non stock lines. For orders being supplied from stock the lead time can be 48 hours if required. For non-stock lines we generally request 6-8 weeks to complete your order.

Does Tessera have an environmental policy?
Very much so. Our policy covers amongst other things, manufacturing, conservation programmes for energy and water usage, research and development on recycling programmes and awareness levels amongst staff of the importance of caring for the protection of the environment.

Does Tessera have any recycled products?
The ability to fully recycle a carpet tile is not in place yet. Although we are working on specific projects to achieve this objective, we can presently offer our cushion backing material(SOFTbac) as being made of fully recycled and recyclable material.
